Routine-service price guaranteed for 3 years from your first qualifying service. All commercial kitchen fire suppression systems in Texas, including CaptiveAire TANK and CORE.
Included in your visit
- System inspection and necessary testing.
- Replacement of fusible links as needed.
- Rubber nozzle caps, small cartridges, and other maintenance items designed for regular replacement, as needed.
- Inspection of 2–5 portable fire extinguishers (up to 5 included).
Not included
- Periodic major maintenance required at 5-, 6-, or 12-year intervals.
- Hydrostatic testing.
- New equipment or other repairs.
We discuss work outside the routine service before proceeding.
- Additional tanks
- $100 per additional tank in the system, per service visit. Two tanks: $499. Three tanks: $599. Applicable travel and excluded work are additional.
- Travel
- Travel time is charged outside 50 miles from Euless, Texas. Contact Jon to confirm travel for your location before scheduling.
- Price guarantee
- The $399 routine-service price is guaranteed for 3 years from the first qualifying service. Additional tanks, travel and excluded work remain separate.
- Service intervals
- Visits follow applicable equipment, manufacturer and code requirements. Kitchen suppression systems typically require semiannual service. Portable extinguisher inspections follow their applicable annual or semiannual schedule. The price is per visit, not per year.
- Payment
- Payment is due at the time of service unless a billing account has been arranged beforehand. Contact Jon before the visit if your business needs account billing.
What we inspect
Inspection and necessary testing of the system's nozzles, fusible links, manual pull station, fuel shutoff, cylinder or cartridge condition, switches and piping, as applicable to the equipment and manufacturer's requirements.
Routine replacement items are included as described above. Hydrostatic testing, major interval maintenance, replacement equipment and other repairs are separate work.

Does the $399 offer cover CaptiveAire systems?
Yes. The new-customer offer includes all commercial kitchen fire suppression systems in Texas, including CaptiveAire TANK and CORE. One tank is included; each additional tank is $100 per visit.
Are extinguisher inspections included?
Yes, up to 5 portable extinguisher inspections are included with the kitchen suppression service. New extinguishers, hydrostatic testing and major interval maintenance are not included.
Is $399 an annual fee?
No. It is the price per service visit, not per year. Service frequency follows the applicable requirements for your equipment.
