Emergency Lighting Inspection in DFW

NFPA 101 requires annual testing of emergency and exit lighting in commercial buildings. We perform the full 90-minute discharge test across Dallas-Fort Worth.

The 90-Minute Test

We disconnect power to each fixture. Units must switch to battery backup and stay lit for 90 minutes. We monitor every fixture, documenting pass/fail. Failed units typically need battery replacement.
