These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Stephens Advanced LLC website (stephensadvanced.com) and our fire suppression inspection, testing, and maintenance services.

Services

Stephens Advanced LLC provides fire suppression system inspection, testing, maintenance, installation, and repair services across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. All services are performed by technicians licensed by the Texas State Fire Marshal’s Office.

Service Requests and Scheduling

Submitting a service request through our website or scheduling system does not guarantee a specific appointment time. Service dates and times are confirmed by Stephens Advanced LLC via phone, text, or email. Estimated service minimums are displayed at the time of request. Final pricing may vary based on equipment count, parts required, and conditions found on site. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number through our service request form, by phone, or through our scheduling system, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Stephens Advanced LLC.

• Message Types: Appointment confirmations, service reminders, technician arrival notifications, invoice and report delivery notifications
• Message Frequency: Varies based on your service schedule
• Message and Data Rates: May apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
• Opt-Out: Text STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive a single confirmation message. Opting out of text messages does not cancel any scheduled services.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, and check. Payments are processed securely through Square. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to additional charges.

Customer Portal

Customers may receive access to a secure online portal at stephensadvanced.com/portal. The portal provides access to equipment inventory, inspection history, compliance status, invoices, and inspection reports. Portal access is provided via secure token links delivered by email or text. You are responsible for keeping your access links secure.

Compliance Reporting

Where required by local fire code authorities, Stephens Advanced LLC submits inspection reports to the appropriate authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) through The Compliance Engine or other required reporting platforms. By engaging our services, you authorize us to submit compliance reports on your behalf to the applicable AHJ.

Limitation of Liability

Stephens Advanced LLC performs all services in accordance with applicable NFPA codes and Texas State Fire Marshal regulations. Our liability for any service-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on stephensadvanced.com, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Stephens Advanced LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
