Stephens Advanced is growing in DFW. If you hold a Texas FEL-K or higher, know your way around an R-102, and want to build something instead of just collecting a check, keep reading.

What we're looking for

Texas FEL-K license minimum. FEL-A preferred. You must be able to legally inspect and certify kitchen hood suppression systems in the state of Texas. No exceptions. No apprentice permits for this role.

Hands-on system knowledge. You need to be able to service an Ansul R-102 and a Pyro-Chem PCL/Protex II. If you can trip a system, replace fusible links, check cartridge weight, and verify fuel shutoff without a manual in your hand, we're talking.

You can think. This isn't a warm-body position. You'll work independently in the field, make judgment calls on equipment condition, talk to restaurant owners and facility managers, and manage your own route. We test for this below.

Reliable vehicle. You need your own transportation. Truck or van preferred. You'll be running routes across the DFW metroplex.
๐Ÿ“ฑ
Smartphone. Our entire operation runs on a custom-built digital platform. Reports, signatures, invoices, scheduling, navigation, compliance filing. All from your phone. If you're not comfortable with technology, this isn't the right fit.

Super competitive pay rates
We pay well and reward performance. The more you produce, the more you earn. No cap on what you can make.
Apprenticeship period
Learn the platform. Learn the standard.
You'll ride along and train on our systems, our digital workflow, our inspection standards, and our customer expectations. This period is paid minimally. We're investing time in you. You're investing time in us. Once you're cleared to run routes solo, the commission structure kicks in.
